Record Store Day a big day for independently owned music stores. ”What are records?” you might ask? Don’t ask me, I don’t even know what CD’s are anymore.

According to Nielsen, this day is huge revenue for specifically vinyl record sales. And what better way to help celebrate and support the art of music than to take part in the fun 5th annual event. But you don’t have to be a  Disc Jockey who loves to fiddle around with those large awkward Frisbees to benefit from Record Store Day. Besides purchasing vinyl, you may have a chance to meet and greet with musicians, catch live performances, and also have a chance to purchase titles being released ONLY AT REAL LIVE RECORD STORES.
